Terms of Service

Who this is between

These terms are between you (the business owner using BreezeBiz) and LNF COMMERCE INC., the company that operates BreezeBiz ("we"). By creating an account you accept them.

BreezeBiz is a tool for a single business owner and the people they let use their account. It is not a marketplace, a payment processor, or a bookkeeper.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything staff you invite do with it. Keep your password to yourself.

You must be old enough to run a business where you live, and at least 13.

Your content is yours

Receipts, invoices, menus, appointments, money entries, photos and customer details you enter stay yours. We store and display them on your behalf so the service works — we claim no ownership and we do not sell them.

You are responsible for having the right to enter the customer details you enter, and for what you publish on your public card page.

You can export your books yourself at any time from the Money screen: one CSV covering every sale and every manual entry.

What we don't do

We do not process payments. When you mark a receipt paid you are recording something that already happened somewhere else — the money never passes through us.

We are not your accountant. The report and the export are a faithful record of what you entered; deciding what to file, and filing it, is yours.

We do not contact your customers. Links you share, you share yourself.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to send anything to people who did not ask for it, to store other people's data you have no right to, or to try to reach another merchant's records.

Do not attempt to overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service. If you find a security problem, tell us — see Contact.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. We aim to keep it running and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable.

We may change or discontinue features. If a change would delete data or take away something you rely on, we will tell you before it happens and leave you time to export.

Price

The features available today are free while BreezeBiz is early. If we introduce paid plans, existing features you already use will not be switched off without notice, and we will say clearly and in advance what becomes paid.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. To close your account and delete your data, see breezebiz.app/delete-account — we remove merchant data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or endangers other merchants' data. Where we can, we will say why first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, LNF COMMERCE INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
