You can close your BreezeBiz account and have your data deleted at any time. Here is exactly how, and exactly what happens.

How to ask

Email chengxin708@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject line: Delete my account.

We use the sending address to confirm it is you, so it must be the same email you use to sign in. We do not need any other detail.

How long it takes

We confirm within 3 business days and delete within 30 days of your request.

What gets deleted

Your login, your shop settings and tax settings, every receipt and invoice with their line items and payment records, your menus, your appointments, your manual money entries, your customer list, your business card and every photo you uploaded (logo, profile photo, portfolio photos).

Receipt and card links you shared stop working.

What we keep, and why

Records we are legally required to retain, and anonymous operational logs that no longer identify you or your customers.

Copies already downloaded by you or your customers — an exported CSV or a saved receipt image is on their device, not ours.

Before you go: take your books with you

Open the Money screen and use Export — you get one CSV covering every sale and every manual entry for the period you pick. Do this first; after deletion we cannot recreate it.
