LNF COMMERCE INC., the company behind BreezeBiz — last updated 2026-10-03
Who we are
BreezeBiz is operated by LNF COMMERCE INC. ("we"). We are the controller of the merchant account data described here; the records you enter about your own customers are yours, and we process them on your behalf.
What we collect
Merchant account: your email address and a password you choose (we store only a hashed form, never the password itself). We email you a confirmation code when you register and a reset code if you forget your password.
If you sign in with Google, Google shares your email address and basic profile information with us; we never receive your Google password.
Business profile: shop name, contact info you enter (phone or messaging handle), optional address, optional logo and profile photo, and tax settings.
Records you create: receipts and invoices (line items, amounts, optional customer names, phone numbers, email addresses and notes), menus, appointments, and manual money entries you log yourself (an amount, a note, and the date).
Customer list: names, phone numbers and addresses are indexed from the receipts and appointments you create, so you can find a past customer again. We build it from what you already entered; we never obtain it from anywhere else.
Business card: the contact and social details you choose to publish on your public card page.
Photos you submit: if you use the photo-scan feature, the photo you take is sent to our AI provider to read items and prices from it. Portfolio photos you add to your business card are stored by us and served publicly, so anyone who opens your card can see them.
Feedback you send: if you use the help form, we store the message you write together with your email address, the page you were on and the app version, so we can answer you.
How we use it
Solely to operate the service: signing you in, storing your records, rendering the receipts and card pages you share, and reading photos you submit for scanning.
We do not sell your data. We show no ads. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share data only with processors required to run the service, each within its function: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (web hosting), MiniMax (AI photo recognition, only for photos you submit to the scan feature), and Resend (email delivery for confirmation and reset codes).
Pages your customers see
Receipt and business-card pages are reachable through unguessable links you choose to share. Viewing them requires no account, and we do not create accounts or profiles for the people who view them.
Customer names or notes that appear on receipts are entered by you and belong to you; we store them on your behalf, isolated per merchant.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays until you delete it or close your account. After you ask us to close your account we delete merchant data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep.
To close your account and delete your data, see breezebiz.app/delete-account. You can also export your books yourself at any time from the Money screen — one CSV covering every sale and every manual entry.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Data is isolated per merchant with database row-level security. Shared pages use long random tokens.
Images you upload (logo, profile photo, portfolio photos) are served from public URLs so customer-facing pages can load them without a login. Anyone holding such a URL can open the image, and a deleted image can remain reachable from cache for a while.
Children
The service is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information. California residents additionally have CCPA rights: to know, to delete, and to non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information.
